Query: I am looking for information on Clifford Richardson. He lists his DOB as 6/20/1889, Strickler, Ark. He married my grandmother,Edith Gertrude Fisk in Leflore Co., OK. Her father was Robert Calvin Fisk, married to Nancy Isadora Janeway. I have always been told that we were part Cherokee but the information is sketchy. There is no information about my grandfather earlier than draft status and marriage. My mother told me before she died that his father was David Frank Richardson and Rebecca Secrest. All records show that they did not have a son named Clifford. In addition, I was also told that Calvin Fisk was an Indian agent in Cherokee Territory. My mother was born in Bokoshe, Oklahoma. No record of my grandmother’s official DOB. I was told that she was born on the Indian reservation. Can anyone help. I have spent many, many hours trying to find information. Thanks.

Query: Well I have been researching my family tree for about 5 years now, mainly because the story in my family claims to be Cherokee Indian. Does anyone have any information on anything Cherokee related that could have taken place in or around Medicine Lodge, KS around 1900? Or possibly anything about a Loren WILLARD, who was born approximatley around 1892, he is my great grandfather, and once I hit him the trail goes dead. If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated, thank you again.
