I’m trying to track down some family history on Mahala Huston or Ward. Mahala had a daughter Grace.
Grace Ward – born in Kentucky, had Herman Lee Larkins whose father was Charlie Larkins
Grace’s mother was Mahala Huston or Ward? maybe born on October 9th and was as told to us Cherokee.
The family lived in Cincinnati area as adults and may have lived in Portsmouth Ohio, Scioto County at one time.
I did find her name is Mahala Ward and she was born in October 1873. I am unsure who Mahala’s mother was, however her father was Johnathan Ward. I’m assuming that connection based upon US Census data.
I am also looking for Herman Larkins birth father who have may been Charles or Charlie Larkins.
