My grandmother was Reba or Rheba Ray Holman, Her birthdate was October 25, 1911 or 1912, trying to trace back for Cherokee bloodline so I can get card and apply for a job at Cherokee Clinic

If she is of Cherokee descent, she’s what is known as “a too late” to be enrolled. You need to trace one or both of her parents.
The Dawes Rolls were CLOSED in 1907. They were reopened for a brief period of time in 1914 to allow in some 312 individuals who were missed during the initial enumeration.
