I am looking for information about my husband’s gg grandma Serilda (Sarilda) Weir. I was told by my mother-in-law she was Cherokee Indian. I was wondering if there were any records of Cherokee Weirs particularly in Tennessee or Illinois. Sarilda was married to a Thomas Bradford and a George Sumnertin in Illinois.
