Is there a pay service which helps you get Tribal Membership? (I.E. they do all the research, submit paperwork, etc)

I am looking to pay someone to dig up all my family’s birth and death records. I have the genealogy that proves my ancestors are on the Dawes Role, and I would like to gain Tribal membership with the Cherokee Nation. I am told you must have so much Native blood, and be able to prove you are related to a Dawes Role listee. Well, I am. I have a done a lot of the work myself, but feel there is more out there a better eye than mine could find.

It would really mean a lot to me to connect to my heritage.
