Where can I find information regarding Richard Walker, the first of 31 Cherokee listed in the treaty of 1819 as authorized per article 3 of that treaty to remain in North Carolina? I believe he was also known as Dick Walker and Indian Dick, and lived within the Qualla Boundary.
