I’m looking for information on my 3rd great grandmother. My family has never been able to get further up our tree than her. I recently got in contact with a descendant from another branch and she told me that she grew up hearing that our ancestor was either full or half Cherokee.
In my records, she is listed as Louvinia. I found a Will signed by her with Levenia (top) and Levena (bottom).
