Tracking my 6X grandmother’s family

October 4, 2021 by Jen911ifyr Leave a Comment

I am looking for information on Nancy Ann (Bolen) Hornbuckle. Born 1742, died 1810. Married Thomas Franklin Hornbuckle 1761. She had 3 sons- George 1762, Richard-1764 & William 1781. 6 daughters- Frances 1767, Nancy 1769, Sarah “Sally” 1772, Elizbeth 1774, Milly 1777 and Susannah 1780. Family history says Nancy was Cherokee Indian and that three of her children are on the Dawes roll. Several great grand children have become members of the Easter Band of Cherokee I have been told. I am looking for any information that can connect me to this side of my family. My Grandmother did everything she could to wipe out hide this side of the family after my grandfather died.
