Looking for information on the Rice family from Western Carolina. Viola Rice was my great, great grandmother. Family folklore is that her and her 2 sisters, all full blood Cherokee married 3 Massey brothers. My great, great grandfather's name was Thomas Jefferson Massey. I'm not sure of the other brothers names.
