I am looking for information about George Washington Swift. We have an oral family history that he and his wife Susan (spelled Sousan) in the census that they were Cherokee. One of his daughters Mary Belle Swift later Epps was my great grandmother. Her son Troy Epps was my grandfather. Mary was born in Missouri (Greene County) from the census rolls. I have traced them back to Tenessee but that is far as I can go. Mary died in McAlester, OK
