Great grandmother half Cherokee

February 28, 2017 by shermance Leave a Comment

I just found out I am 1/16 Cherokee. My great grandmother’s name was Catherine McDonough. She married George Dennis and lived in the TEXAS panhandle. Her father, Irish McDonough, married a full blooded Cherokee woman. Catherine’s children were Robert Dennis and George Dennis Jr.; a sister, Mable Ketchum. Harold Dennis. Everyone is dead that might know. Is there any way you can help me or direct me?
