Looking for great-grandmother, Isabel Harper

I’m trying to find my great-grandmother, Isabel Harper, born in the 1800’s. Her parents were John and Sarah Harper. Her daughter was Rosetta. I believe she lived in Ohio at some point and may have eventually settled in Missouri. My grandmother was told that she was a part of the trail of tears, but I haven’t been able to confirm that. I do know that her daughter, Rosetta, married a man by the name of Pleasant Alford. They lived in MO and NM.
