My Grandmother was part Cherokee. Her maiden name was Ocie Lowry. She was born in Alabama in 1872 to William Hollis Lowry and Margaret Francis Lowry. She married my Grandfather James Andrew Wilson and lived in Tennessee, Alabama and Texas.
