Hello, Mary Sue Caroline “Callie” Dills (born 20 Jun 1876 on or near the Cherokee community in North Carolina). Her parents are Neil Richmond Dills (1847 – 1925) and Harriet A. Watts (1849 – 1921) both born in Macon Co, NC. She married Agustus “Gus” W. Hardy on 1 Jun 1890 IN Catoosa Co., GA. They had 4 sons & 4 daughters. She died 4 Dec 1956 and is buried at Dogwood Valley Cemetery, Catoosa Co., GA. — My question . . . is “Callie” a Cherokee? Any pics? Thanks! — I’m her great, great grandson.
