I am searching for Ah-Le-Ci who was a Cherokee, she changed her name when she married Abraham Conrad Johann Seabolt. My direct line is from her daughter Sarah Sally Seabolt who was her daughter that married my Gggg grandfather named Andrew Peter Flowers. Ah-Le-Ci was born in 1745 and died in 1825, therefore she is not listed on any rolls of the Cherokee. She married a white Indian trader and stayed in GA during so she wasn’t forced in the removal out west. Her husband and son Solomon are recorded to have received lottery land in Suches GA. East Seabolt Creek is where she is buried, so I’m assuming the creek was named after the family. Several of her family was forced on the removal out west and are listed on the Dawes roll, but there is nothing that I have found to validate all this information.
My grandfather Paul Alexander Flowers was Indian, but he was ridiculed for being so dark when he was young, and would not talk about his lineage at all.
Any help would be appreciated.
