I am trying to locate information on Amanda R. Watkins (1826-1888). Amanda was of Cherokee descent although I do not know if it was on her mother’s (Sarah Brown) or her father’s (Eli Watkins) side. She married William Tharp. They lived in VA/MD. I have descendant information after her marriage. I believe Amanda (and/or her family) may have been from NC. I was trying to locate information on the rolls regarding her family and/or her parents. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
