Looking for parents of William Wickliffe, full blood Cherokee born August 27, 1904 in Mayes Co., OK, living in Salina in 1942. His WWII draft registration states his next of kin was Caroline Wickliffe, however it doesn’t say if this was his wife or another relative. Ancestry states his mother was Charlotte Wickliffe and father is unknown. Any information greatly appreciated.
